How to submit your abstract

Step 1: First register for the conference at 

Step 2: You will then receive an email with login instructions and your registration invoice. 

Step 3: Login at

Step 4: Select the abstract submission link on the menu. 

Note 1: You may submit your abstract before paying the invoice, but your abstract will only be added to the programme once payment is confirmed.

Note 2: Abstracts will be made available in a new way this year, not in print. This is why we require plain text abstracts within the 1500 character limit. Please do not include markup of any kind (no latex, no html).
